Press the ~ key to bring down the console, and then type the following codes, including the underscores:

_GIVEMETHEMONEY – get more money
_GIVEMEMAXENERGY – refill shields
_GIVEMEALLWEAPONS – get all weapons
_GIVEMEALLAMMO – get max ammo
_DEV_MODE_ON – turn on debug mode
